O my friend — but it is too much for my strength — I sink under the weight of the splendor of these visions! A wonderful serenity has taken possession of my entire soul, like these sweet mornings of spring which I enjoy with my whole heart. I am alone, and feel the charm of existence in this spot, which was created for the bliss of souls like mine.

I am so happy, my dear friend, so absorbed in the exquisite sense of mere tranquil existence, that I neglect my talents. I should be incapable of drawing a single stroke at the present moment; and yet I feel that I never was a greater artist than now.

ΟΡΓΑΝΙΣΜΟΣ ΚΡΑΤΙΚΩΝ ΥΠΗΡΕΣΙΩΝ ΥΓΕΙΑΣ

ΠΡΟΚΗΡΥΞΗ ΕΠΤΑ (7) ΚΕΝΩΝ ΘΕΣΕΩΝ ΙΑΤΡΙΚΩΝ ΛΕΙΤΟΥΡΓΩΝ Ο Οργανισμός Κρατικών Υπηρεσιών Υγείας (ΟΚΥπΥ) είναι ο μεγαλύτερος οργανισμός της Κύπρου, καθώς και ο μεγαλύτερος πάροχος υγείας της χώρας. Με συνολικά 9 νοσηλευτήρια, 38 κέντρα υγείας, τις υπηρεσίες Ψυχικής Υγείας και το Τμήμα Ασθενοφόρων εξυπηρετεί το μεγαλύτερο κομμάτι του πληθυσμού της Κύπρου καλύπτοντας το ευρύτερο φάσμα υπηρεσιών υγείας. Ο ΟΚΥπΥ ανακοινώνει ότι γίνονται δεκτές αιτήσεις για επτά (7) κενές θέσεις Ιατρικών Λειτουργών, για τα νοσηλευτήρια του Οργανισμού Κρατικών Υπηρεσιών Υγείας. Σύμφωνα με τις παρούσες ανάγκες του Οργανισμού οι επτά (7) κενές θέσεις Ιατρικών Λειτουργών αφορούν τις πιο κάτω Ειδικότητες/ Εξειδικεύσεις: 1. ΠΑΘΟΛΟΓΙΚΗ ΟΓΚΟΛΟΓΙΑ (1 θέση για το Γ.Ν. Λευκωσίας, 1 θέση για το Γ.Ν. Λεμεσού) 2. ΠΑΙΔΙΑΤΡΙΚΗ με Εξειδίκευση στην Εντατικολογία Παίδων (1 θέση για το ΝΑΜΙΙΙ) 3. ΝΕΦΡΟΛΟΓΙΑ (1 θέση για το Γ.Ν. Αμμοχώστου) 4. ΑΚΤΙΝΟΛΟΓΙΑ (3 θέσεις για το Γ.Ν. Λάρνακας) Οι θέσεις είναι Πρώτου Διορισμού. Α. Ελκυστικό πακέτο απολαβών, επιδομάτων και άλλων ωφελημάτων εργαζομένων: (α) Μισθός: (i) Ο ετήσιος μισθός είναι €57.696. Καταβάλλεται σε δεκατρείς (13) δόσεις, (βλ. Σημείωση 1 πιο κάτω). (ii) Παραχωρείται μισθοδοτική αύξηση κάθε τρία (3) χρόνια όπως καθορίζεται από το Διοικητικό Συμβούλιο του Οργανισμού Κρατικών Υπηρεσιών Υγείας. (iii) Καταβάλλεται Τιμαριθμικό επίδομα σύμφωνα με τις εκάστοτε ισχύουσες τιμαριθμικές αυξήσεις που ισχύουν για τον Οργανισμό. (β) Ο Ιατρικός Λειτουργός αναλόγως της ειδικότητάς του, της τοποθέτησης του και των αναγκών, αποζημιώνεται επιπρόσθετα για εφημερίες, με ελκυστικές απολαβές, στη βάση σχεδίου εφημεριών που εκάστοτε ισχύει. (γ) Παρέχεται Σχέδιο Κινήτρων στη βάση σχεδίου που εκάστοτε ισχύει , με το παρόν σχέδιο παρέχονται τα ακόλουθα: 1) Επίδομα οριζόντιου κινήτρου για Ειδικούς Ιατρούς €1850 ανά μήνα (12 μήνες), στη βάση στόχων εσόδων του Οργανισμού. 2) Επίδομα κάθετου κινήτρου στη βάση στόχων, συμπεριλαμβανομένων στόχων εσόδων του Οργανισμού και της εκάστοτε κλινικής, αναλόγως της κλινικής που υπηρετεί ο Ιατρικός Λειτουργός. 3) Επιπρόσθετο Επίδομα για Ιατρικούς Λειτουργούς που εργάζονται στα ΤΑΕΠ, €850 ανά μήνα (12 μήνες). (δ) Συμμετοχή σε απογευματινό πρόγραμμα εργασίας, αναλόγως ειδικότητας, στη βάση σχεδίου που εκάστοτε ισχύει με ελκυστικές απολαβές στη βάση των εσόδων του Οργανισμού. (ε) Ευκαιρίες εκπαίδευσης και συνεχούς επαγγελματικής ανάπτυξης. (στ) Ο Οργανισμός παρέχει ευκαιρίες εκπαίδευσης καθώς και συμμετοχή σε ερευνητικά προγράμματα. Σημειώσεις: 1. Ο ακαθάριστος μισθός υπόκειται σε μειώσεις στις απολαβές που επιβλήθηκαν με βάση τον Ν. 168(Ι)/2012 όπως αυτός εκάστοτε ισχύει. Περαιτέρω και/ή ανεξάρτητα από το Νόμο αυτό και/ή οποιουδήποτε άλλου Νόμου ή Κανονισμού ο ακαθάριστος μισθός υπόκειται σε περαιτέρω μείωση 10% για τους πρώτους είκοσι τέσσερις (24) μήνες από την πρόσληψη. Με τη συμπλήρωση είκοσι τεσσάρων (24) μηνών απασχόλησης παύει η περαιτέρω μείωση του 10% . 2. Τα σχέδια Εφημεριών, Κινήτρων, απογευματινού προγράμματος εργασίας και άλλων επιδομάτων και ωφελημάτων δύναται να τροποποιούνται από τον Οργανισμό και η παροχή αυτών υπόκειται στη διακριτική ευχέρεια του Οργανισμού. 3. Όπου εφαρμόζονται θα ισχύουν οι διατάξεις του περί Φορολογίας του Εισοδήματος Νόμος του 2002 (118(I)/2002), σύμφωνα με τον οποίο παρέχεται ως και 50%.φορολογική απαλλαγή σε άτομο το οποίο ήταν κάτοικος εκτός της Δημοκρατίας πριν την έναρξη της εργοδότησης του στη Δημοκρατία. Β. Καθήκοντα και ευθύνες: (1) Εκτελεί καθήκοντα της ειδικότητάς του στα Νοσοκομεία του ΟΚΥπΥ. (2) Τηρεί και υποβάλλει τα απαραίτητα στοιχεία για την εργασία που επιτελεί. (3) Εκτελεί οποιαδήποτε άλλα σχετικά με την ειδικότητά του καθήκοντα του ανατεθούν. Κατά την εκτέλεση των καθηκόντων του υποχρεούται να συμμορφώνεται προς τις Νομοθετικές/Κανονιστικές, Γενικές ή Ειδικές Διατάξεις, Οδηγίες, Εγκυκλίους και Πρακτικές, όπως αυτές εφαρμόζονται στον Οργανισμό. Σημειώσεις: α) Ανάλογα με τις ανάγκες, οι υπάλληλοι υποχρεούνται να τυγχάνουν ειδικής εκπαίδευσης και να παρακολουθούν επιμορφωτικά μαθήματα. β) Ο κάτοχος της θέσης δύναται να τοποθετείται ή να μετακινείται ή να μετατίθεται σε τμήματα εντός του Οργανισμού Παγκύπρια, όταν και εφόσον οι επιχειρησιακές ανάγκες το απαιτούν. Γ. Απαιτούμενα Προσόντα: (1) Εγγεγραμμένος/η στο Μητρώο Ιατρών Κύπρου ή σε άλλη χώρα μέλους της Ευρωπαϊκής Ένωσης. (2) Οι ενδιαφερόμενοι να είναι κάτοχοι πιστοποιητικού ειδικότητας ή/και εξειδίκευσης σύμφωνα με τον περί Εγγραφής Ιατρών Νόμο. (3) Ακεραιότητα χαρακτήρα, οργανωτική και διοικητική ικανότητα, υπευθυνότητα, πρωτοβουλία και ευθυκρισία. (4) Πολύ καλή γνώση της Ελληνικής και καλή γνώση της Αγγλικής ή της Γαλλικής ή της Γερμανικής γλώσσας. Η κατοχή των γλωσσών στο απαιτούμενο επίπεδο θα πρέπει να τεκμηριώνεται από τους υποψηφίους είτε μέσω αποδεκτών τεκμηρίων είτε μέσω εξετάσεων μέχρι την ημερομηνία λήξης της υποβολής των αιτήσεων. Κατάλογος των αποδεκτών για σκοπούς της πλήρωσης της παρούσας θέσης «Τεκμήριων Γνώσης Γλωσσών» υπάρχει αναρτημένος στην ιστοσελίδα της Επιτροπής Δημόσιας Υπηρεσίας (www.psc.gov.cy). (5) Διετής πείρα σχετική με τα καθήκοντα της θέσης θεωρείται πλεονέκτημα. Σημειώσεις: α) Ανάλογα με τις ανάγκες, οι υπάλληλοι υποχρεούνται να τυγχάνουν ειδικής εκπαίδευσης και να παρακολουθούν επιμορφωτικά μαθήματα. β) Ο κάτοχος της θέσης δύναται να τοποθετείται ή να μετακινείται ή να μετατίθεται σε τμήματα εντός του Οργανισμού Παγκύπρια, όταν και εφόσον οι επιχειρησιακές ανάγκες το απαιτούν. Δ. Διάρκεια Απασχόλησης: (1) Η απασχόληση θα είναι για τριετή θητεία, υπό τους γενικούς και ειδικούς όρους προτύπου συμβολαίου, το οποίο θα μετατρέπεται σε αορίστου χρόνου σύμφωνα με τις διατάξεις του περί Εργοδοτουμένων με Εργασία Ορισμένου Χρόνου (Απαγόρευση Δυσμενούς Μεταχείρισης) Νόμου και των προνοιών των «οι περί Ίδρυσης του Οργανισμού Κρατικών Υπηρεσιών Υγείας (Γενικοί) Κανονισμοί του 2017». (2) Οι πρώτοι δεκαοκτώ (18) μήνες υπηρεσίας θεωρούνται ως δοκιμαστική περίοδος κατά την οποία ο Οργανισμός επιφυλάσσει πλήρως το δικαίωμά του να τερματίσει το συμβόλαιο κατά την απόλυτη κρίση του, χωρίς προειδοποίηση ή χωρίς οποιαδήποτε αποζημίωση. (3) Η απασχόληση μπορεί να τερματιστεί οποτεδήποτε είτε από τον εργοδότη είτε από τον εργοδοτούμενο, αφού δοθεί η αναγκαία προειδοποίηση που προβλέπεται στους περί Τερματισμού Απασχολήσεως Νόμους. (4) Σε περίπτωση που η εργασία για την οποία έγινε η πρόσληψη παύσει να υφίσταται πριν τη λήξη της παρούσας σύμβασης απασχόλησης, αυτή θα τερματίζεται αυτοδικαίως. (5) Η περίοδος απασχόλησης περιλαμβάνει και την άδεια που κερδίζεται κατά τη διάρκεια της απασχόλησης. (6) Το κανονικό ωράριο (ώρες έναρξης και λήξης της εργασίας) ενδέχεται να μην είναι σταθερό, αλλά να καθορίζεται ανάλογα με τις ανάγκες του Οργανισμού, χωρίς να υπερβαίνει συνολικά τις 37,5 ώρες την εβδομάδα. Ε. Γενικές Προϋποθέσεις Διορισμού: (1) Κανένας δεν διορίζεται στον Οργανισμό, εκτός εάν είναι πολίτης της Δημοκρατίας ή πολίτης κράτους μέλους της Ευρωπαϊκής Ένωσης: Νοείται ότι, το Υπουργικό Συμβούλιο δύναται να επιτρέψει σε ειδική περίπτωση, για εξυπηρέτηση του δημόσιου συμφέροντος, όπως πρόσωπο που δεν είναι πολίτης της Δημοκρατίας ή κράτους μέλους της Ευρωπαϊκής Ένωσης υποβάλει αίτηση για διορισμό, σύμφωνα με τις διατάξεις των «οι περί Ίδρυσης του Οργανισμού Κρατικών Υπηρεσιών Υγείας (Γενικοί) Κανονισμοί του 2017», όπως αυτοί εκάστοτε τροποποιούνται και σε περίπτωση επιλογής του, αυτό μπορεί να διοριστεί: (i) Με σύμβαση για ορισμένο χρονικό διάστημα, ή (ii) πάνω σε μόνιμη βάση, αν το εν λόγω πρόσωπο είχε απασχοληθεί στη δημόσια υπηρεσία ή τον Οργανισμό με σύμβαση για περίοδο όχι μικρότερη από τέσσερα (4) έτη. (2) Κανένας δε διορίζεται στον Οργανισμό Κρατικών Υπηρεσιών Υγείας εκτός αν συμπλήρωσε την ηλικία των δεκαεπτά (17) ετών και, νοουμένου ότι πρόκειται για πολίτη της Δημοκρατίας, έχει εκπληρώσει τις στρατιωτικές του υποχρεώσεις ή έχει απαλλαγεί νομίμως από αυτές. (3) Η κρίση επί της αξίας των υποψηφίων μπορεί να απαιτήσει από αυτούς να προσέλθουν σε προφορική ή/και γραπτή εξέταση. (4) Ιατρικοί Λειτουργοί οι οποίοι υπηρετούν στον ΟΚΥπΥ, είτε μέσω συμβολαίου είτε μέσω αποσπάσεώς τους από το Υπουργείο Υγείας, δεν μπορούν να αιτηθούν για την ίδια ειδικότητα/εξειδίκευση την οποία κατέχουν στην παρούσα φάση. Πέραν των πιο πάνω, ως προς τους όρους απασχόλησης θα εφαρμόζονται «οι περί Ίδρυσης του Οργανισμού Κρατικών Υπηρεσιών Υγείας (Γενικοί) Κανονισμοί του 2017», όπως αυτοί εκάστοτε τροποποιούνται. Σε περίπτωση που οποιοδήποτε ζήτημα δεν ρυθμίζεται από τους ανωτέρω Κανονισμούς, θα εφαρμόζονται οι ισχύοντες Εσωτερικοί Κανονισμοί του Οργανισμού. ΣΤ. Υποβολή Αιτήσεων: (α) Αιτήσεις υποβάλλονται μόνο ηλεκτρονικά στην Ελληνική γλώσσα μέσω της ιστοσελίδας του ΟΚΥπΥ στον ακόλουθο σύνδεσμο https://shso.org.cy/job-position/, μέχρι την Παρασκευή 10 Μαρτίου 2023 και ώρα 14:30. (β) Όλες οι αιτήσεις πρέπει να συμπληρώνονται κατάλληλα και να περιέχονται σε αυτές με ακρίβεια, όλα τα ζητούμενα στοιχεία και να τεκμηριώνονται με τα αναγκαία πιστοποιητικά, δηλαδή, αντίγραφα των απαιτούμενων πιστοποιητικών, εκπαιδευτικών, επαγγελματικών ή άλλων προσόντων που προνοούνται στην ανωτέρω παράγραφο Β, περιλαμβανόμενων και βεβαιώσεων απασχόλησης εκεί όπου απαιτείται πείρα και συστατικών επιστολών από προηγούμενους εργοδότες. (γ) Ο αιτητής οφείλει να προσκομίσει απολυτήριο ή άλλο ισάξιο προσόν στα απαιτούμενα προσόντα. (δ) Εάν τα πιστοποιητικά σπουδών σας δεν είναι όπως αναγράφονται κάτω από τα ‘απαιτούμενα προσόντα’ παρακαλώ όπως προσκομίσετε πρωτότυπο πιστοποιητικό αναγνώρισης του συγκεκριμένου τίτλου σπουδών σας από το Κυπριακό Συμβούλιο Αναγνώρισης Τίτλων Σπουδών (ΚΥ.Σ.Α.Τ.Σ.). (ε) Αιτήσεις που δεν είναι πλήρως συμπληρωμένες και δεν προσκομίζουν όλες τις κατάλληλες βεβαιώσεις οι οποίες αφορούν τα απαιτούμενα προσόντα, θα απορρίπτονται. Σημειώνεται ότι, πριν την έναρξη ισχύος του διορισμού του, ο ιατρός θα πρέπει να εξασφαλίσει και να προσκομίσει προς τον Οργανισμό Κρατικών Υπηρεσιών Υγείας εγγραφή του στο Μητρώο Ιατρών Κύπρου και αντίγραφο της άδειας ασκήσεως επαγγέλματός του από τον Παγκύπριο Ιατρικό Σύλλογο. μοσχευμάτων σε νοσοκομειακό περιβάλλον.
5. Το γεγονός ότι η δαπάνη για την σύναψη της συγκεκριμένης σύμβασης έργου, θα προέλθει
από δωρεά του Ιδρύματος Ωνάση.
6. Την από 21-07-2021 απόφαση του Διοικητικού Συμβουλίου του ΕΟΜ για την έγκριση του
σχεδίου πρόσκλησης ενδιαφέροντος για την έγκριση σύναψης σύμβασης έργου με επτά (7)
